1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the Reserved Grace website (reservedgrace.com) or purchasing products from our online shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or make purchases.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your vintage treasure. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

3. SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
- All orders include tracking and insurance for items over $100
International Shipping:
- Available to select countries
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-14 business days)
- Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Payment Security: All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system. Reserved Grace does not store credit card information.
5. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you before processing your order.
Vintage items are one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity. We cannot guarantee availability of any item until your order is confirmed.
6. SALES TAX
Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to Texas addresses as required by law. Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid documentation before checkout.
7. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & CONDITION
We carefully inspect, photograph, and describe all vintage items. However, please note:
- Vintage and antique items may show signs of age and wear consistent with their era
- We disclose all known flaws, damage, or condition issues in product descriptions
- Colors may appear slightly different on different screens
- Measurements are approximate
Authenticity: We stand behind the authenticity of all items sold. If an item is discovered to be counterfeit, we will provide a full refund upon return of the item with written documentation from two independent experts.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on reservedgrace.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and photographs, is the property of Reserved Grace and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
9. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your orders.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Reserved Grace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
